Platform Integration Manager (m/f/d)

In this challenging role, you will manage the integration of our software platform, building the base for customer projects. As we trust in the competencies of our employees, you as a Platform Integration Manager with affinity for development & organizational processes will be leading a team of professionals, reaching our ambitious development goals and satisfying our valued customers and partner companies. This position could be located at any site.

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for platform integration domain budget, timeline, scope, and quality.
  • Lead alignments and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders in terms of content/quality/timeline of provisions for integrating the software platform (MotionWise + project specific functionalities + 3rd party components)
  • Contribute to the overall project plan together with the project management team.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, monitor, and steer the platform integration activities and budget, together with the integration team, according to requirements from all stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality ASPICE and Safety ISO26262 standards.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform lessons learned, implement best practices and maintain a continuous improvement approach

Your Profile

  • University degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunications / Informatics).
  • Knowledge and experience with Automotive technologies, processes and standards (CAN, Ethernet, ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO26262).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing automotive software development projects.
  • Management personality with a pragmatic approach and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Willingness to travel (20%).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  • Passion for automotive technology, a desire to learn and innovate.

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 60,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
