NCONTROL-RL[1], a nationally funded research project led by TTTech recently kicked off in a virtual meeting. Its aim is to develop an avionics platform focusing on future certifiability and researching advantages when using Artificial Intelligence components in flight control.

Welcome to the latest edition of our CEO Update. This time, we are talking about Advanced Air Mobility, an exciting new segment in the aerospace sector. When TTTech started its aerospace business more than 25 years ago, Advanced Air Mobility was still an application for the future, but now it has developed into a new, exciting market segment.

The topic of safe and secure automation and autonomy, as well as the collaboration within and between ecosystems ties in with our “Joint Impact” initiative that is part of our anniversary campaign #IMPACT25. Looking beyond one's industry segment is always a good approach to gaining a broader perspective and discovering new insights.

TTTech Aerospace has received a BAE Systems ‘Partner 2 Win’ Gold Tier Award. They were selected from a pool of suppliers that delivered exceptional performance and contributions to supply chain success for BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems sector in 2023. 

Open-standards-based networking technologies for safety-critical real-time applications  

The aerospace sector has very high safety standards that cover all stages of the product lifecycle, in particular for commercial aviation. A smooth transition from initial development to testing and finally flight-grade products is essential for sub-system manufacturers. They need to meet the industry requirements and work cost-efficiently, but also ensure a short-time-to-market.

TTTech Aerospace will participate in the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) 2024 from July 22 to 26 and present our solutions for system integration, deterministic networks, and platform components for the design and integration of advanced integrated aircraft systems.
