Function Owner(m/f/d)
Are you passionate about managing and overseeing the functional aspects of vehicle components, systems, or software throughout the development lifecycle? This role involves defining requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that functional objectives are met within the established timelines and quality standards.Your Tasks
- Responsible for one or multiple project(s) steering for a defined feature set in alignment with the project management team and main contact to customer for a defined feature set
- Responsible for having a full overview of the V-model and enabling peers to bring the defined feature set to 100 % fulfillment
- Solve conflicts of prioritization between projects
- Responsible for budget, time, scope, and quality for defined feature set
- Responsible for identifying change requests and risks for the defined feature set and communicating them to dedicated project roles
- Ensure that the deliverables from suppliers have an agreed scope and quality
Your Profile
- University degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software development, ideally in the automotive sector
- Basic experience as project management or technical lead
- Knowledge in automotive quality- and safety- standards (ASPICE, ISO26262) is a plus
- High interest in coordination between other teams and stakeholders
- Experience in agile development methods (such as Scrum and SAFe) is a plus
- Proactive personality with excellent communication skills
- Structured, goal-oriented way of working
- Excellent command of English is a must, German is an advantage

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 60,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
