Field Application Engineer - Automotive (m/f/d)

- Take lead in the 1st level support, debugging with customers and problem identification/ reproduction
- Supporting customer onsite in using TTTech Auto products
- Performing analysis of bus traces and logs
- Manage Jira tickets for tasks or issues in terms of logging hours, remaining efforts, and comments
- Support technical communication with customers on behalf of TTTech Auto
- Support Technical Lead in defining tasks
- Debugging of system behavior with various stakeholders (Hardware- / Feature- / OS-Suppliers / Customer)
- Technical alignment of onsite tasks between the relevant stakeholders, development and customers
- Participating actively in system workshops with other stakeholders and customers
- Adhere to all software development processes and practices defined by internal decision makers
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry
- Highly customer-oriented knowledge and experience in automotive processes and standards
- Experience with debugging and analysis tools used in the automotive industry (e.g. CANoe/CANape, Trace32, ODIS)
- Experience with bus systems and protocols (e.g. CAN, Ethernet, SOMEIP)
- Experience with AUTOSAR CP/AP and system modeling
- Strong familiarity with in-car and testbench testing
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with POSIX systems (QNX, Linux) is an advantage
- Programming skills (e.g. C/C++, phyton) are an advantage
- German driving license class B is a must
- Good skills in German and English
