The TTEEnd System Controller HiRel is an integrated communication controller that supports three traffic classes: standard Ethernet, rate-constrained* and time-triggered. Three different host interfaces – SPI, PCI and SpaceWire – provide the flexibility to connect the TTEthernet controller to different CPUs or FPGAs. The chip is based on a radiation hardened design process and packaging in a cost-efficient plastic package providing the necessary radiation tolerance to be used in harsh environments.
