Onboarding & orientation
For each new employee we design a holistic onboarding and orientation program, which provides guidance and support within your first months at TTTech. By offering a structured onboarding plan and a designated onboarding buddy, we make sure you have a smooth start in your new position with experienced advisors by your side. At our regular Welcome Day event, you will learn more about the TTTech Group and connect with other new colleagues. Throughout your onboarding phase you will have regular check-ins with your superior, including mutual review and feedback sessions after your first months
