Deterministic Ethernet Switch based on the TTESwitch Module A664 Pro
The TTESwitch A664 Lab v2.0 supports laboratory testing and development efforts for non-real-time to hard real-time operations in distributed systems. The flight-capable TTESwitch Module A664 Pro is the core of TTESwitch A664 Lab v2.0. This enables a reduction in the development cost and time of a flightworthy switch.
With the unique ability to support three different traffic classes (IEEE 802.3, ARINC 664 part 7, SAE AS6802) on one physical infrastructure, it is the optimal switching solution for a large variety of application areas. Other advanced features include 1 Gbit/s full-duplex speeds, flexible physical layer configuration and extended frame forwarding based on IPv4 addresses.

One Switch – Three Standardized Traffic Classes
The TTEthernet technology implemented in this 24-port switch is a fault-tolerant real-time communication protocol for safety-related systems. It allows for the convergence of standard Ethernet, ARINC 664 part 7 and time-triggered traffic in parallel on one physical infrastructure. Further unique features include a fixed latency and transmission jitter in the sub-microsecond range and unmatched bandwidth efficiency while maintaining full determinism (up to 95% utilization of available network bandwidth).
