TTTECH has received a Gold Tier Award from BAE Systems’ Partner 2 Win program that recognizes exceptional performance and contributions to the BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems sector supply chain in 2025. This is the fourth time TTTECH has been honored with this award by its long-time customer. TTTECH’s TTP® network platform products for safety-critical applications have been used in large commercial aircraft programs for more than 20 years.

TTTECH Aerospace has been working with BAE Systems for a long time on a range of commercial aviation programs. Its TTPControllers, TTPPhysical Layer, and TTPTools enable maximum reliability, predictable performance, and availability for safety-critical applications.

TTP - the time triggered communication protocol is a proven data-bus/communication technology, standardized in SAE AS6003, designed for safety critical, real time systems, most notably in avionics. TTP’s modular control system platform technology has been used in commercial applications since 2002 and ensures reliable distributed computing and networking in modern vehicle architectures.

"Receiving the Partner 2 Win Gold Tier Award for the fourth time is a milestone that fills us with genuine pride and gratitude. It’s rewarding to see our TTP network platform being used in world-class programs like the Embraer Legacy/Praetor 450/500 and Airbus A220 and A380,” says Alvaro Soares, Director of Aviation Products & Customer Programs at TTTECH North America, who accepted the award on behalf of TTTECH.

BAE Systems’ Partner 2 Win program drives operational excellence and eliminates inefficiencies in its supply chain by raising the bar of performance expectations to meet the demands of current and future customers. As part of the program, BAE Systems meets regularly with its suppliers to transfer best practices and ensure the components and materials that compose its products meet the highest quality standards.

“Without the demonstrated commitment to operational excellence from our supplier partners, we would not be able to deliver for our customers,” said Jennica Dearborn, Vice President of Operations for BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems sector. “Their collaborative support and dedication has been critical to overcoming challenges and achieving new levels of performance, scale, quality, and innovation for our customers. We look forward to continued partnership.”

Martin Lampel, Product Manager at TTTECH Aerospace, adds: “This recognition by our long-time customer BAE Systems shows that our commitment to quality and standards pays off. Our TTP products are certified to DO-254 and DO-178 Level A and enable reliable, fully synchronized data communication while helping our customers lower system costs and integration complexity. Our TTPControllers have already achieved about three billion flight hours with zero safety-critical defects – that is why they are trusted by BAE Systems and other leading industry players."
