Host-ID

License keys for your TTTECH software products

To obtain product license key(s) for products like ^TTETools, ^TTEVerify,  ^TTPTools or ^TTPSimulate please complete this form.

You will need to provide contact data, purchase order information, and the Host ID information of the computer where you want to install the software product(s).

Once you submit the completed form via the button at the bottom of the page, your inserted data will be sent to TTTECH with a copy to your registered email address.

NOTE: If licenses have been created before, please be aware that renewed requests to change the Host ID within the relevant time period may be charged with an administration fee for the service of license rehosting.

Unlike our floating and site licenses, our node-locked licenses don’t support remote desktop connections.

How to get the Host ID information? 

In Microsoft Windows, please perform the following steps: 

1. Open the Command Prompt windows 
   Click on | Start | Run | 
   In the RUN command type: CMD 
   Click on <OK> 
   
   This will open the Command Prompt window. 
    
2. Get Host ID information in the Command Prompt 
   Type IPCONFIG /ALL 
   Under the Ethernet adapters. look for the Physical Address (a.k.a. MAC address) of your primary interface, which e.g. could look like: Physical Address: 00-C0-DF-F8-0A-CA
   To get the host ID, just remove the hyphens from the MAC address. 
   
   The host ID would in this case be 00C0DFF80ACA
    
3. Close the Command Prompt 
   Type EXIT or use the "Close Button" 

In Linux, you can use the `ifconfig’ or `ip link’ commands in a shell and translate the Physical/MAC address to a Host ID as above.
