TTTECH is a global group of high-tech companies active across a wide range of industries. Effective October 1, 2026, a newly established wholly owned subsidiary of TTTECH, TTTech Systems SE, will begin operations. TTTech Systems SE will bundle the competences of TTTECH's business entities Aerospace and Industrial, focusing on activities in the aerospace, defense, critical infrastructure, and industrial machinery markets. Establishing a dedicated company for these businesses is a strategic step to strengthen market focus, simplify organizational structures, and support long-term growth, while continuing to provide customers with products and services suited to their needs. It is part of TTTECH’s long-term growth strategy to strengthen its position as a leading European deep tech supplier.
TTTECH is a global group of high-tech companies developing advanced technologies and solutions for some of the world’s most demanding industries, including aerospace, industrial automation, energy, critical infrastructure, and mobile machinery. Its safe and secure networked computing and control systems are trusted by customers around the world and used for example in international space programs like NASA Artemis and Ariane 6, aircraft like Airbus A-220, Boeing 787, and Embraer C-390, wind turbines, smart farming applications or predictive maintenance solutions for industrial machinery.
In early 2025, TTTECH sold its shares in TTTech Auto, which it co-founded, to NXP and focused on key business across industries. In response to growing global demand for secure, resilient, and increasingly autonomous technologies, TTTECH is entering the next phase of growth through the establishment of TTTech Systems SE. This wholly owned subsidiary will bundle the competences and experience of TTTECH’s business entities Aerospace and Industrial and enable more focused activities in the markets of the future: aerospace, defense, and critical infrastructure.
“The global demand for secure and increasingly autonomous technologies continues to grow, particularly in markets such as aerospace, defense, critical infrastructure, and industrial machinery. TTTECH is a deep tech company with roots in Austria and a strong connection to the European tech ecosystem. Our aim is to further expand, particularly in markets like space, defense, and satellites, which are currently growing especially in Europe and North America. Establishing TTTech Systems SE as an independent company within TTTECH gives us the agility and flexibility to respond even more effectively to specific market and customer requirements. I look forward to working with the management team at TTTech Systems SE and to advancing cross-industry collaboration and innovation in technology and R&D throughout TTTECH,” explains Georg Kopetz, CEO and co-founder TTTECH.
TTTech Systems SE will be headquartered in Vienna, Austria, serving as the company's center for research, development, and strategic technology initiatives. Its activities will be supported by international development teams in Germany, Finland, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, and Romania, as well as by its broader international footprint across Europe and North America. The transition will require legal and administrative information such as company name and registration details to be updated, but will otherwise have no impact on customer, partner, and supplier relationships.
