In mid-March, TTTech Group has switched to a remote working setup to prevent the spreading of COVID-19. Thanks to a smooth transition, we managed to stay in full operation and maintain the high quality of customer service and interaction in the projects we are working on. Our priority remains the safety of our employees as well as our customers, suppliers and partners.
As the situation starts to improve with infection rates decreasing to a more moderate level especially in Austria as well as in Europe, we are returning step by step to our offices where possible. We have created a framework for a mixed operation mode of office and remote work that considers governmental recommendations and regulations. This way we ensure compliance with precautionary measures such as maintaining a safe distance in the office.
Our framework allows for a safe return to the office for those teams that need to return, starting May 18. However, we will be monitoring the developments closely and will adjust our measures accordingly. Traveling remains limited to crucial business matters. The TTTech Group companies have shifted to interaction on digital channels to bridge the distance. We have created digital touchpoints through webinars and interactive events to inform about our solutions and technology we have been working on in the last months.
In response to this crisis, three values guide our operations at all times:
At TTTech Group we strongly believe in these values. We are working together with our customers, suppliers and partners to minimize the Coronavirus’ negative impact and to jointly emerge stronger from this crisis. We are convinced that this severe situation can be overcome in a joint effort.
Stay s a f e and healthy!
