New TTTech North America, Inc. Office Strengthens Customer Support

TTTech, the leading supplier of solutions in the field of time-triggered communication, has established a new office for TTTech North America, Inc. The new business location in Carlsbad, CA will provide extended sales, support and services, and helps TTTech to better respond to local aerospace companies' needs.

The location of the new office allows the expansion of the company's support, training and sales activities in North America. TTTech Group, headquartered in Vienna, Austria, currently has about 210 employees and maintains business locations in Germany, Italy, Romania, the United States and Japan. TTTech's solutions enable reliable distributed computing and networking for modern vehicle systems at lower lifecycle costs, and have been used in commercial applications since 2002.

TTTech North America, Inc. was incorporated in 2000 in Tucson, Arizona. The new office enables the company to further TTTech's customer-focused approach, work more closely with local customers, and respond to their needs quickly. Southern California has a strong aerospace presence, and several major embedded system companies are based in the Southwest and on the West Coast of the USA as well.

"We want to be closer to our current and prospective customers," says Georg Kopetz, CEO of TTTech North America, Inc. "There is a major growth opportunity in the aerospace industry, both in the commercial and the defense market segments, in North America. Our time-triggered communication solutions address the increasing requirements for seamless integration and complexity reduction of distributed high-confidence systems."

The company appointed Kurt Doppelbauer as Vice President Sales and CSO of TTTech North America, Inc. He will contribute his profound knowledge of TTTech products and solutions to the company's success. "The opportunity to work more effectively with our current customers and to develop new business relationships made it an easy decision to move into the southwestern United States, where several major aerospace customers are based," says Doppelbauer.
