Team Lead Sales – Aerospace (m/f/d)

If you are a strong networker, with passion for the Aerospace industry. Then this role might be just the right fit. You will be leading our Aerospace Sales team that targets existing and potential aerospace customers all over the world with the goal to sell, implement and continuously improve TTTech´s aerospace products. Together with your team, you will be responsible to ensure efficiency and sustainability over the sales processes for the Aerospace Market.

Your Tasks

  • Lead and develop the Aerospace sales team
  • Planning of sales activities, continuous business development based on market and competition monitoring as well as further development of the sales team
  • Acquisition of new customers, maintain contacts and customer relationships
  • Constantly monitor sales activities and track results
  • Provide sales forecast, budgeting, growth strategies and market intelligence to support the development of long-term strategic business planning
  • Understanding current and future customer needs and support Product Management in product definition

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in business development and sales of complex technical products
  • Experience in managing and leading teams
  • Very good understanding of contractual agreements regarding negotiation of terms and conditions with international corporation customers
  • In-depth Aerospace and Space market know-how
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
  • Experience in development of business models and go- to-market strategies
  • Very good communication- and negotiation skills
  • Excellent English skills

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 56,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
