Senior Sales Representative – Chip/IP Services (m/f/d)
If you are a strong networker, with passion for high-tech innovations and good knowledge about the automotive semiconductor industry, then come and join us! In this exciting position, you can translate your knowledge of and connections to the industry into profitable action. By making use of your strong network and expertise, you will be in continuous exchange with relevant internal and external partners and actively contribute to successfully win new contracts.
Your Tasks
- Lead of the engagement with automotive semiconductor manufacturers
- Promotion of Chip IP and development services in the field of in-vehicle networking
- Orchestrate a global network of decision makers at semiconductor manufacturers, purchasers, and key engineers
- Definition of target customers and engagement with strategic partners
- Analysis and acquisition of knowledge about competitors and the market to reveal value propositions and differentiation for Chip offerings
- Act as key contributor for go to market activities
- Take over a central role in the Chip business strategy definition
Your Profile
- University degree in a technical or economic field of study
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a comparable sales position
- Already well connected with semiconductor manufacturers in the automotive industry on several levels
- Preferably well connected to Automotive OEMs and subcontractors
- Knowledge in IP/Design services selling is highly beneficial
- Ambitious sales personality with strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a customer and solution-oriented way of working
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Excellent command of German and English language

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 68,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
