Senior Sales Manager Japan (m/f/d)
You have a strong background and passion for the Automotive industry, several years of profound sales experience with an established network with Japanese OEMs and Tier1 suppliers? We are looking for a self-motivated team player with international mindset and goal achievement mentality. As a valuable member of our local team in Nagoya, you will play a vital role in strengthening our market position and drive the growth of TTTech Auto, Japan.
Your Tasks
- Opening doors in customer organizations
- Engagement with several customer organizations, lead generation and tender management
- Taking responsibility for closing deals
- Flexible business creation view by commencing from small projects and enlarging it into series projects
- Alignment of strategic sales & marketing activities between HQ and TTTech Japan
- Preparation of proposals to the potential customers in Japan
- Leadership of local customer engagement team
Your Profile
- Significant experience in Business development and sales management experience in an international environment with European or American companies
- Background and passion for Automotive software / Electronics / Autonomous driving / Infotainment
- Understanding of local business customs and capable in establishing deep and sustainable engagement with customers
- Customer focus, networking and door opener mentality
- Willingness to travel within Japan
- Business fluency required in Japanese and English
