(Senior) Recruiting Expert (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • In interviews you inspire candidates for our positions and support them as a competent contact person during the recruitment process
  • End-2-End process ownership together with the hiring executives
  • You are responsible for the active and target group-oriented candidate search and approach. For this you use both our internal pool of candidates as well as job platforms and social networks
  • Development of search strategies with regard to the relevant target groups, target companies and competitors
  • You will take of the candidate management and build up a candidate network in order to keep an eye on the candidate market at all times
  • Assistance with advertisements and placement management

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial education, beneficial with a focus on human resource management
  • At least 2 years of experience in active sourcing and recruiting, ideally in the technical field
  • Affinity for technique and technology as well as enthusiasm for recruiting
  • Skilled use of state-of-the-art social media recruiting tools
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy and a good sense of strengths and potential
  • Independent, structured way of working and assertiveness
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 45,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
