Senior Project Management Officer (m/f/d)

In this exciting role, you will be part of a professional and well-performing PMO team that provides know-how, standards, methods, and tools for the continuous development of project management for the TTTech Group.

Your Tasks

  • Ensuring and further developing the best possible tool support for initiating, planning, controlling, and implementing complex projects and programs
  • Drive collaborative relationships with project managers, other PMO’s and central services
  • Enable reporting to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate dependency management, governance – and change control processes across the various company-wide projects
  • Drive project initiation and identification or risk management themes
  • Tracking of deliverables and benefit realization
  • Preparation, execution, and follow-up of project planning workshops

Your Profile

  • Relevant technical or commercial education (FH, university, etc.)
  • Min. 5-8 years of experience in project management, programme and/or process management
  • Experience and know-how in the implementation, administration and development of with JIRA, Tableau, SAP, Scheduling and Resource Management Software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project)
  • Experienced in delivering training and facilitating project meetings and workshops
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented work style
  • Team player with high self-motivation and very good stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills in English

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 54,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
