Senior Director Human Resources (m/f/d)

Together with the HR Team you will further develop and execute a human resources strategy in support of the overall strategy and strategic direction of the organization. Create and foster an efficient and scalable TTTech organization with a great culture, that becomes employer of choice for top talent. You act as a role model for your Teams and as a sparring partner and coach for executives when it comes to people and performance management as well as change management.

Your Tasks

  • Lead, motivate and inspire the HR Teams in the field of Learning & Development, Recruiting, Operations and Business Partnering
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Board to build a world-class working environment and successfully implement strategic and innovative human capital solutions supporting business growth and scaling
  • Actively cooperate with organizational units on all levels and enable collaboration built up on trust, open communication, feedback and continuous improvement
  • Act as a sparring partner to the Executive Management team drive the organizational development and enable leadership development on senior management level
  • Collaborate with line managers and Board to lead, develop and deploy human resources strategies and processes
  • Lead deployment of HR policies, guidelines and processes and monitor their adherence

Your Profile

  • University degree in a commercial field of study
  • Minimum of 15 years of working experience, at least 10 years working in a top global function, preferably in a high-growth and high-tech environment
  • Broad managerial experience with proven track record in global growth and change management
  • Solid know-how in core HR functions (Organizational development, recruiting, learning, HR Operations, etc.)
  • Passion for people management and technology
  • Charismatic leader with business entrepreneurial spirit and innovative vision
  • Dynamic personality with hands-on mentality and strong leadership qualities
  • International experience and strong intercultural skills
  • Strategic thinking with ability to define, present and execute long-term oriented projects
  • Fluent in English and German

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 100,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
