Senior Agile Project Management Expert (m/f/d)

As Senior Agile Project Management Expert (m/f/d) you are one of the key players for driving Agile Product Development within our company. Support the Project Management Office with your agile expertise and help create an environment, in which hybrid projects (waterfall and agile) can be executed in an efficient manner. Your Tasks

  • Act as agile coach and mentor for project managers and project teams in both development- and customer projects and ensure that they follow agile best practices during project execution
  • Further enhance and implement together with our experts our agile setup to meet the needs for developing safety critical control platforms
  • Provide consulting and support in terms of agile processes, tools, templates, and methods
  • Coach and advise line management in lean agile leadership and lean agile mindset
  • Support, coach and liaison with SAFe Communities of Practice (CoPs)
  • Set up and manage process governance, monitor process performance and trigger improvements in key metrics
  • Manage the communication of PM related news to project managers and other internal customers
  • Align activities with the all TTTech Project Management Officers
  • Represent the Project Management Office Automotive in meetings with focus on project management and related activities

Your Profile

  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in working in an agile software development organization
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in scaled agile frameworks like SAFe or less
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing large and complex projects (both waterfall and agile)
  • Strong business development and leadership skills
  • Good understanding of software development technologies, architectures, and processes
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or higher certification is beneficial
  • Ideally certification as project manager
  • Knowledge in automotive quality and safety standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262) is a plus
  • Ideally coaching and mentoring experience
  • Ability to guide and promote change
  • Strong problem solving and excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent command of English, German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel up to 10 %

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 60,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
