Sales Manager Japan (m/f/d)
You have a strong background and passion for the Automotive industry, with an established network with Japanese OEMs and Tier1 suppliers? Then this role should be a perfect fit for you. As a Sales & Business Development Manager you will help us to strengthen our market position in Japan.
Your Tasks
Business development and sales management experience in a prior role
Flexible business creation view by commencing from small projects and enlarging it into series projects
Opening doors in customer organizations
Lead generation and tender management
Engagement with several customer organizations
Preparation of proposals to the potential customers in Japan
Taking responsibility for closing deals
Understanding of local business customs and capable in establishing deep and sustainable engagement with customers
Leadership of local customer engagement team
Alignment of strategic sales & marketing activities between HQ and TTTech Japan
Your Profile
Significant experience in working in an international environment with European/American companies
Language: Business fluency required in Japanese and English
Background and passion for Automotive software / electronics / Autonomous driving / Infotainment
High level of social, customer and commercial competence
Several years of profound sales experience
Customer focus, networking and door opener mentality
Team player with international mind set and goal achievement mentality
Commercial and/or technical degree with strong technical acumen
Large B2B project acquisition (automotive) / complex sales experience
Willingness to travel extensively in Japan and occasional traveling to Europe (onboarding and regular HQ visits)
