Quality Manager (m/f/d)

As a member of an international team, you will play a vital role in facilitating and bolstering regular quality initiatives and driving improvement programs at an organizational level.
Your Tasks
- As a member of the TTTech Quality team, you will drive and support daily quality operations as well as improvements, particularly in the areas of supplier quality management and environmental protection
- Drive supplier qualification from the quality perspective – including coordination of TTTech Group activities
- Support contractual negotiations with suppliers from a quality perspective
- Plan, drive, monitor, perform and report supplier audits, aggregate findings and propose measures for supplier development, considering strategic aspects
- Drive supplier evaluation at TTTech
- Participate in further development of ISO 14001 compliant Management System
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical, process or quality management studies
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Quality Manager
- Experience in working in a dynamic technology R&D environment is preferred
- Experience in assessments, audits & certifications
- Profound knowledge of ISO 9001, knowledge of ISO 14001 and other environmental systems (REACH, RoHS, ISO 14064, ISO 50001 etc.) is a plus
- Good analytical skills, ability to consider details as well as the big picture
- Pro-active, flexible, self-organized and committed team player with a strong Quality spirit, solution-oriented and open-minded personality
- Very good command of English, command of German would be a plus

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 54,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
