Project Manager – Mobile Machinery (m/f/d)

Developing smart and reliable electronic control units and software platforms for innovative mobile machines is our passion. In this position you will lead a project team in the development of a new product – from the planning of the first prototype to successfully transitioning to series production.

Your Tasks

  • Management of complex, safety critical ECU development and integration projects
  • Controlling of technical discussions, strategic decision-making and taking over organizational management tasks
  • Comprehensive and professional project planning and controlling
  • Coordination of internal resources, development partners and sub-project managers in our development departments
  • Communication and coordination with the customer
  • Proactive risk management throughout all project phases
  • Ongoing and predictive reporting to management

Your Profile

  • Project management and technical customer service experience, ideally in the off-highway or similar sector
  • Profound technical knowledge in the field of ECU development
  • Knowledge of quality and safety- standards (ISO 13849, IEC 61508, ISO 26262)
  • Management personality with a pragmatic approach and goal-oriented way of working
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action taking combined with an appreciative leadership style
  • Very good command of German and English

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 53,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
