Technical Project Leader (m/f/d)
Developing smart and reliable Rugged Operator Interfaces for innovative mobile machines is our passion. In the role of a technical project leader, you lead a multidisciplinary team of technical experts through the complete product development cycle - from the first product idea to design, implementation, industrialization and series production. You are driving the technical direction within a project and support the definition of system and software architecture.

Your Tasks
- Technical Project Leadership: leading a team of experts from multiple disciplines (electronics, mechanics and software)
- Responsible for the technical direction and complex technical decisions in the product development cycle
- Responsible for the technical outcome of a project
- Actively transfer identified solutions and design principles across multiple projects
- Research and adopt new technologies
- Continuous interaction and communication with key stakeholders (developers, product managers, technical sales and lead customers)
Your Profile
- University degree (TU/FH) for technical studies (e. g. Computer Science, Mechatronics or Electronics)
- Several years of professional experience in technical development in one of the specialist disciplines
- Experience in lateral leadership of development teams
- Experience in technical project management is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive approach
- Strong communicator and negotiator
- Good command of German and English

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 55,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
