PCB Designer (m/f/d)

In this technically demanding position, you will develop the safety-relevant hardware for our innovative products in a team of experts. You will be responsible for the creation of complex PCB layouts and their implementation. Are you a team player with strong communication skills and do you thrive in an international environment? Your Tasks

  • Creation and modification of PCB design layouts
  • Preparation of PCB Fabrication Data
  • Performing PBA reviews
  • Communication with EMS partners and PCB suppliers
  • Consulting other teams regarding PCB technologies
  • Footprints creation and review in the ECAD library
  • Perform SI and PI Simulations with HyperLynx
  • Moderation of peer reviews including other disciplines
  • Cooperation with internal R&D teams

Your Profile

  • Higher technical education (e.g. HTL) or university degree in a technical field of study
  • At least 3 years of experience in PCB design
  • Experience with PCB tools Pulsonix and/or Xpedition
  • Knowledge in the field of automotive and aerospace requirements for control units is an advantage
  • Open, communicative and team-oriented personality
  • Very good command of English, German is a plus

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 40,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
