Online Marketing Manager – Tools & Campaigns (m/f/d)

You consider yourself an online marketing allrounder and enjoy digging into the inner workings of tools and services? As our new team member, you are the key source of knowledge for online marketing and take care of our online marketing tooling landscape and infrastructure. Furthermore, you have a track record in steering successful awareness and lead generation campaigns on a variety of channels. As part of Corporate Marketing, you will also be an interface to both market entities and Corporate functions for all online marketing-related topics.

Your Tasks

  • Management and continuous improvement of the Group-wide online marketing tool and service landscape
  • Evaluation and procurement of existing and additional tools
  • Newsletter marketing and marketing automation
  • Ensure tracking and reporting of campaigns and website performance
  • Set up and optimize the performance of campaigns along the way (brand awareness as well as lead generation campaigns)
  • Website content management (esp. for campaign landing pages)
  • Internal and external project management for campaigns
  • Close collaboration and alignment with our website expert

Your Profile

  • Completed education in online marketing, performance marketing, or comparable
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-tech B2B online marketing, preferably agency or B2B company background
  • Proficiency in the following tools:
  • Various ad managers (especially Google Ads and LinkedIn campaign manager)
  • Newsletter tools and marketing automation workflows – preferably Mailworx
  • Google Tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Data Studio
  • CMS: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal – any other CMS is a plus
  • Ability to critically reflect existing online marketing measures and tools & good project management skills
  • Basic knowledge of how to operate campaigns in compliance with the GDPR
  • Fluent in English, German would be a plus

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 40,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
