Junior Manager Global Operations & Corporate Development (m/f/d)

As part of the Global Operations Team, you will contribute to the global expansion of TTTech Group and the development and execution of the broader corporate strategy. You will act as a direct link between our headquarters and our international subsidiaries and work closely together with the senior leadership of TTTech Group.

Your Tasks

  • Support business and department leaders in the development of its business/department strategies and the implementation
  • Develop business plans and models together with go-to market strategies for global expansions
  • Supporting the overall project coordination during the transaction execution phase of M&A projects
  • Conduct financial valuations and benchmarking (transaction and trading multiples, DCF)
  • Develop post-merger-integration strategies together with project management and play a key role in the implementation
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reporting materials

Your Profile

  • University degree (Bachelor/ Master) in business or a technically oriented study
  • First experiences in consulting, M&A advisory, investment banking, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Additional post-merger integration experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of English & German

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 54,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
