Field Application Specialist Asia – Autonomous Driving (m/f/d)

As a successful Field Application Specialist you will be responsible for supporting both customers and prospects from a technical perspective. The main part of the job is the post-sales support activity including product training and consulting, support for general product usage, and technical issue resolution. You act here as important interface between the customer and product development! Other typical activities include technical discovery meetings, proof-of-concept support, and product demonstrations.

Your Tasks

  • Provide individual or small group coaching to customers to ensure successful use of MotionWise
  • Work with technical support team on issue resolution Develop scripts to integrate MotionWise into customer workflows
  • Quickly deploy MotionWise during short, on-site Proof of Concept phase and ensure it meets customer expectations
  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand the details of their software development and testing workflows and match those needs to TTTech solutions
  • Work with prospects to showcase the benefits of MotionWise
  • Present MotionWise through on-site and web-based meetings

Your Profile

  • University degree in a technical field of study -- preferably with reference to computer science
  • 5+ years of embedded software development experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand code written by others
  • Experience with Automotive Standards (e.g. Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR)
  • Experience with embedded development environments (e.g. QNX, NVIDIA Drive, gnu/gdb)
  • Experience with Python
  • Beneficially understanding of OO design and C++
  • Beneficially experience with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Tenacity, persistence, and a win-win attitude
  • Willingness to travel
