Customer Solution Architect (m/f/d)
Locations: Vienna, Munich, Ingolstadt
As a Customer Solution Architect you will shape our main product offering, a safety platform for autonomous driving. As a technical expert, you take care to translate the functional product vision into a high-level software architecture that guides the agile development teams and is fit for future needs.Your Tasks
- Development of software architectures for use in embedded safety-related automotive systems
- Contribution to system architecture development in close cooperation with our customers
- Elicitation of software requirements with external and internal customers
- Evaluation of technology trends
- Ensuring synergy and reuse between automotive software projects
- Providing guidance for software developers
- Technical support and coordination of the project team
- Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the product solution
- Embrace decision authority on technological & architectural topics
- Plan and develop the Architectural Runway
- Provide technical leadership
- Responsibility for the integration and validation, the strategy of the solution
- Responsibility for the risk management related to Technology
- Support effort and complexity estimation
Your Profile
- 5-10 years of experience with automotive software and system architectures or any industry with similar restrictions and complexity needs.
- Very good knowledge of software engineering processes (SPICE or CMMI)
- Profound programming skills in C/C++
- Knowledge of UML
- Experience with safety-related development and AUTOSAR of advantage (e. g. according to IEC61508, ISO 26262)
- Good technical understanding and the ability to think analytically
- Broad knowledge about general software/system engineering methods along the whole V-model (requirements analysis, specification, design, implementation, validation, verification, etc.)

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 70,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
