Corporate Process Manager (m/f/d)
Together with a team of experts you will support the further development of TTTech Group’s Process Management system – continuously improving the company’s way of working and thus contributing to achieving business goals.
Your Tasks
Support further developing of the TTTech Process Management system
Support Process Owners and Process Managers in defining and describing their respective processes and procedures considering state-of-the-art methods, aiming at effectiveness and effectivity
Develop proposals for KPI sets for these processes, procedures and how to measure them
Analyze and document impacts that changes of processes and procedures may have, organize, and document reviews of processes and procedures
Check processes / procedures to ensure compliance with applicable standards, such as ISO 9001, EN 9100
Support roll-out of processes and procedures in alignment with Process Owners, Process Managers and Head of Quality
Support full integration of TTTech Group entities into the global Process Management system
Collect KPIs from Process Managers and keep TTTech Group KPI Scorecard up to date
Maintain TTTech Group’s Integrated Management System portal
Your Profile
Education in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Process Management, Quality Management or similar
Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience as Process Engineer / Manager or Quality Manager
Knowledge and experience in analysis, design, re-engineering, and implementation of end-to-end Business Processes
Experience in working in a Research & Development company
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ideally also of EN 9100 and IATF 16949
Knowledge of software used in business processes (e.g. ERP systems) is a plus
Knowledge of software used in R&D environments (e.g. Product Lifecycle Management systems) is a plus
Experience with process management software is a plus
Excellent analytical skills, ability to consider details as well as the big picture
Proactive, flexible, committed, independent and solution orientated working style
Very good command of English, German skills (min. B1 level)

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 54,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
