Your Tasks
Support of the regional senior leadership team with operational activities in day-to-day business (e.g. agenda management, correspondence, etc.)
Planning, organization and facilitation of meetings and workshops, implementation of follow-ups
Contact person for preparation of executive and site meetings/materials and taking minutes
Research and structuring of new topics & market analysis
Active participation in internal communication, reporting on important corporate initiatives and further development of communication channels
Participation in regional and international projects – e.g. cultural projects
Your Profile
University degree in a field of business
First professional experience (e.g. traineeship, consulting, executive support department, etc.)
Energetic team player with high social skills, communication skills and assertiveness
High quality and confidentiality awareness
Connected thinking and structured way of working
Affinity for internal communication
Analytical skills
Experience with complex projects
Excellent command of English & German (written and spoken)
Proficiency in standard office tools
