Technical Customer Manager – Space
Are you passionate about Technology and Space? Then this role might be just the right fit. In this position you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for customer support and service with your curiosity for high-tech innovation. You will take over customer responsibility which enables you to actively contribute to the successful project completion of tomorrow’s space innovations.
Your Tasks
- Competent advising and support of customers with the aim to define the best customer solutions
- Technical responsibility for aligning customer change requests and their integration into the project
- Establishment of solution proposals according to upcoming problems and change requests of the customer
- Close co-operation with Product Management to support continuous product improvement
- Continuous communication and exchange with involved internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Bachelor of science degree in a relevant field like computer sciences or alternatively corresponding professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience
- Lateral leadership experience
- Familiar with the space market as well as industry specific development standards
- Experience in all phases of the customer life cycle
- Outgoing personality and committed team player
