Your Tasks
- Responsibility for complex, safety critical automotive projects with large distributed teams
- Overall technical and commercial project management including milestone planning, staff planning, risk and claim management
- Achieving clear and measurable project objectives within budget and time
- Setting up clear and effective project steering and reporting structures with all stakeholders (internal & external)
- Managing technical discussions and strategic decision-making
- Resolving challenges and issues, and supporting the teams throughout the project lifecycle
Your Profile
- Proven experience in management of large scale software development programs
- Fundamental automotive industry knowledge
- Strong business development and leadership skills
- Profound understanding of software development life cycle (incl. architectures, processes, etc.)
- Knowledge in automotive quality and safety standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
- Proactive personality with excellent communication skills
- High customer orientation on an executive level
- Excellent command English, German is an advantage

Additional information for Austria: We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 53,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
