Requirements Manager (m/f/d)

Your requirements management process will provide a stable base for execution of projects from requirements intake to final delivery of the software.
Together with a team of experts of the customers programs group you will contribute to efficient creation of document baselines and support the safety case creation.

We are looking for an experienced Requirements Manager who is enthusiastic about structures.
Your Tasks
- You own the requirements management process supporting the development of software for ECUs in the field of autonomous driving
- You define and implement the requirements management process for customer programs
- You create structures that allow for efficient elicitation, analysis and tracking of requirements
- You define and execute the processes for controlled exchange of documents with our customers
- You are the interface between our system architects who provide the content and the DevOps team which provides the requirement and architecture tools
- The requirements document structure you define are the interface between our system engineering and the software development
- Metrics you create from the requirements support the project management and other stakeholders in evaluation of the project status
- Owner of all the Requirements Artifacts
Your Profile
- You obtained a university degree in a technical field of study (e.g. IT, Electronics, physics)
- You have a good understanding of embedded systems and the automotive sector
- You gained experience in managing requirements in the automotive sector
- You master a requirements management tool (preferably Polarion, PTC Integrity or Doors)
- You have experience with Excel/VBA, tooling and scripting
- ASPICE is no stranger to you
- Object ID and baseline are your best friends
- Solution orientation, analytical thinking and communication are among your strengths
- Experience with agile development frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, SCRUM, etc.) and continuous integration is beneficial
- English is a must; German is an advantage

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 58.000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
