On-site engineering support
In case of larger projects dedicated specialists are available to work on site and give support in the development phase. They work as part of the customer's team on a day to day basis and ensure optimal usage of TTTech's technologies in your environment. The duration of an on-site assignment is usually between six months and three years.

Online tool support
TTTech offers full support services for its products and product integration. Customers who purchased any of our software tools may use our e-mail support. We usually try to achieve 24 hour turn around times; certainly depending on the particular problem.

Online support packages
Further support - not restricted to our software tools - is available via support packages which can be used on demand. These packages include direct access via phone or email to our engineers. We assist with design or implementation suggestions, review schematics, analysis and many other related topics.

Single point of contact
With a support contract customers get unlimited access to the complete technical know-how pool. A single point of contact for the customer provides a guaranteed level of service and personalized support. This is especially important for larger projects, where we have to get detailed information on system architecture, fault hypothesis, fault-tolerant strategies and software architecture.
