TTEthernet

This TTEthernet evaluation system allows the investigation of TTEthernet features and the development of distributed real-time applications. It includes software-based TTEthernet end systems on Freescale MPC855 microprocessors. The cost-efficient technology of this evaluation system can be used for the majority of standard industrial applications. The evaluation system consists of:

• 1 TTEthernet switch with 8 x 100 Mbit/s ports based on low-cost Altera Cyclone III FPGA
• 4 TTEthernet software-based end systems with Freescale MPC855 and COTS Ethernet controller
• Configuration software tools, manuals, Real-Time Linux drivers, and source code
