Highly robust operator interfaces with 10.4" display

Both operator terminals have a powerful built-in display controller and are perfectly suited for the harsh conditions in off-highway vehicles due to their aluminum die-cast housing that features super-solid connectors for 12-24 V power, serial interfaces, CAN and Ethernet. They are designed to become the central operator interface in mobile equipment such as forest harvesters, excavators or large drilling machines. They come with 7 freely programmable keys, up-, down- and enter-keys and touch screen. The size, color and font used on the keys can be adapted to the customer's vehicle design. Flexibility is one of the top priorities for TTControl's product offering, even for installation: The terminals can be panel-mounted right on the dash or put anywhere else using a RAM® mount.

These Vision products can display engine and hydraulic control data, as well as logging data, operator behavior, and errors. This information can be retrieved either through an attached memory device or a GSM modem using TTControl's easy-to-use Remote Assistance software. In addition, they feature two standard connectors for external analog cameras which allow quick installation of a rear-view system.

The HY-eVision 10.4, in series production since 2009, is built upon TTControl's proven Vision display controller and offers a full-color 10.4 inch VGA display.

The visualization can easily be programmed with CoDeSys® 2.3, for which TTControl offers a comprehensive graphic library and optional programming support. This can help vehicle manufacturers to significantly save costs when developing a control interface or new dashboard.

The HY-eVision² 10.4 will enter series production in 2011 and is built upon TTControl's new Vision² platform that enables a whole string of new features. It uses a full-color 10.4 inch VXGA display.

The visualization can be programmed with CoDeSys® 3.x, for which TTControl offers an enhanced graphic library including stunning 3D effects like transparency and tilting. Together with TTControl's professional development support vehicle manufacturers can quickly develop control interfaces that make their competitors envious.
