In order to grow our aerospace business in North America out of our newly established office in Southern California (Carlsbad/San Diego) we are looking for inspiring team-players, eager to support our ambitious growth targets.
We are looking for a
Sales Director Aerospace TTTech North America Inc.
to grow our revenues and strengthen our market presence in the aerospace and defence (A&D) industry in the Americas. In the function as sales director you have the responsibility to build up and lead an ambitious sales team of key account managers, foster and maintain our Americas sales network with established and new distributors and sales representatives and act as an important interface between our customers, TTTech’s marketing and engineering teams in the US and Europe. You directly report to our global Sales Director Aerospace, who is presently also located in Carlsbad.
Tasks
- Grow aerospace revenues
- Build the sales organisation to support our ambitious sales targets
- Recruit, train and establish a team of key-account managers
- Carefully foster and maintain customer relations
- Support and build A&D distribution channels
- Set up and expand the internal sales organisation for TTTech North America Inc. including planning/budgeting and reporting
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant business experience in sales and business development in the aerospace industry
- Background in aerospace electronics
- Experience in people management
- Communicative, customer-oriented and flexible
- Must be hard-working and dedicated to excellence
- A track record of delivering on commitments
- Frequent travel in the US
