Project Engineer Aerospace (m/f)
The time-triggered data communication protocol TTP is an innovative technology for implementing safety-critical, distributed functions in aircraft. Today TTP is used in modern airplane models such as Airbus A380 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner. New approaches for electronics architectures in aircraft will considerably increase the need for safe and cost-efficient network solutions such as TTP.
As project engineer aerospace you will support leading airplane integrators and their suppliers in designing, specifying and implementing TTP-based networks and modules in aircraft. You will work with leading airplane integrators and participate in their prototyping and commercial production projects for future models.

As project engineer aerospace you will support leading airplane integrators and their suppliers in designing, specifying and implementing TTP-based networks and modules in aircraft. You will work with leading airplane integrators and participate in their prototyping and commercial production projects for future models.
Tasks
- Support for significant development projects of our aerospace customers in the field of distributed real-time systems
- Project handling - requirements analysis, architecture studies, design, verification and validation
- Customer support including architecture and product consulting
- Technical sales support
- Promotion to project manager possible
Requirements
- Experience with distributed real-time systems and data communications buses
- Experience in software development for embedded systems
- Experience in aerospace industry is beneficial
- Experience with aerospace certification standards - DO178B, DO254 - is beneficial
- Excellent English skills
- Willingness to travel
