TTXSafeCOM is a reusable and modular safety layer that guarantees “end-to-end communication integrity” and reduces costs for application integration by using standardization and re-use. It is part of the AUTOSAR communication stack for automotive software and also supports non-AUTOSAR applications. TTXSafeCOM is TÜV Nord-approved and developed according to IEC 61508 for applications up to Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3. In addition, it also meets the upcoming standard ISO 26262.
