Innovative research plays a key role in developing a leading technology
We participate and initiate a variety of research projects in Europe and world-wide to ensure the high quality and the safety features of our core technologies. Time-triggered technology was refined in cooperation with leading companies in European Research Projects. Our broad range of experience from past and current research projects gives us a deep understanding of important developments for technological advancement of our technologies.
TTTech cooperates with the Real-Time Systems Group at the Vienna University of Technology. The research focus of this group is on distributed, fault-tolerant hard real-time systems. Headed by TTTech co-founder Prof. Hermann Kopetz, the Real-Time Systems Group did more than 25 years of research on time-triggered technologies. Amongst the group's key achievements was the development of the basic concepts of TTP and TTEthernet. The Real-Time Systems Group is continuously participating in research projects.
